Shipping is free for all USA orders over $100.

International shipping costs are nominal depending on the destination country. Please note that Desi Is Me doesn’t charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately can’t control these fees.

Yes. We offer international shipping to most locations outside the USA. However, please note that we charge a nominal shipping cost depending on the destination country. International shipping could take 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping times vary based on where your item ships from. Some products ship from the U.S., while others ship directly from India. Please check the shipping details on each product page for the most accurate info.

For items shipping from the U.S., we aim to ship within 1–2 business days. FedEx Express typically delivers within 3 days in the U.S.

International orders (and items shipping from India) may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination. If your order has multiple items with different processing times, we’ll ship everything together once all items are ready.

We do customization (blouse design, color etc) for an order of 5+ lehengas. We currently do not offer individual custom orders.

Each lehenga is hand dyed by our artisans in India to give it a unique handloom look so you may be seeing slight color variations due to these fabric dying processes.

Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (including pre-order). Please ensure you’re confident in your purchase before submitting your order! 

If requested prior to order processing, we may be able to add items or modify the size of ordered items. Please shoot us an email for order modifications here.

If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment.

Kindly note that Desi Is Me is not responsible for packages scanned delivered that can’t be located. Porch Piracy has increased as of recent and we recommend tracking your package closely and checking with house members &/or neighbors post delivery.

RETURNS INFORMATION

• Please submit a return request through our store via your Desi Is Me account or contact us at customer_service@desiisme.com.
• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once authorized, items must be postmarked within 7 business days of the approval.
• Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
• Orders that have been customized are non-returnable. Jewelry and sale items are also final sale.
• We process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your items. International return packages can take longer to reach our facility. 
• Please contact us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

• Refunds and exchanges are offered but must be authorized by our team before proceeding.
• Once authorized, we ask that you ship your package back to us at the following address: Receiving Department (RMA#), Desi Is Me, 2010 Valley Oak Rd, Pleasanton, CA 94588 USA
• We do not provide any return shipping label or postage.
• Due to the nature of our garments, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Depending on your payment method, funds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account. 
• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. 
• Exchanges are processed only once we have received the original item(s). Once received, your exchange must be requested within 7 business days. If not requested within this time frame, your order will automatically be issued as a refund.   

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Please note: If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.
• Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
