Return Policy

To start a return or exchange, please submit a request via your Desi Is Me account or email us at customer_service@desiisme.com to get started.

Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
  • Customized pieces, sale items, and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Please contact us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.
  • If we do not receive the item within 7 business days of approval, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid labels.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.
  • We charge a 10% restocking fee on all refunds to help cover the time, care, and resources involved in processing returns — from quality checks and repackaging to absorbing the cost of free shipping. This allows us to keep our pricing fair, reduce waste, and continue offering personalized service to every customer!
