- Please contact us at customer_service@desiisme.com to request a return.
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once authorized, items must be postmarked within 7 business days of the approval.
- Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- Orders that have been customized and sale items are final sale.
- All jewelry is non-returnable.
- We process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your items. International return packages can take longer to reach our facility.
- Please contact us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are offered but must be authorized by our team before proceeding.

Once authorized, we ask that you ship your package back to us at the following address: Receiving Department (RMA#), Desi Is Me, 2010 Valley Oak Rd, Pleasanton, CA 94588 USA
- We do not provide any return shipping label or postage.
- Due to the nature of our garments, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Depending on your payment method, funds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Exchanges are processed only once we have received the original item(s). Once received, your exchange must be requested within 7 business days. If not requested within this time frame, your order will automatically be issued as a refund.

Please note: If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
