Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods
We offer both domestic and international shipping. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each option will be displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to worldwide. International shipping costs are nominal depending on the destination country. Please note that Desi Is Me doesn’t charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately can’t control these fees.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
In the event of unexpected shipping delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to keep you informed. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment.
